I started writing this book about two years ago with the idea that the contents would help other people. People who have gone through child abuse and are now adults who are starting to have difficulty in their relationships and cannot pin point the reasons.
I know that writing the book certainly help me heal from the mental stresses that I have gone through in my life, like constant panic attacks. I never realized all the work that went into writing a book and getting it published. Now I am excited to see if other people will think it worth reading and if they do, I hope to get some feedback on how it helped them.
